You can ask the Admiral to do something about that, too, if you need
to. If whatever limitations he put on you before were helping rather than
hurting. You can ask him to put them back.
You can ask the Admiral to return my sacred knife to me, if you want.
Directly to me, not touched by anyone else.
But please think about asking him for help while you're at it, if you need
to. Take care of yourself. I'm on my way to you. [She clambers
into the floating fishbowl that Warren requested for her, not wanting to
take the time to slowly slither through the ship with her long eel's
tail.]
"Thank you," Ulla tells her sincerely, already heading for the deck.
She'll arrive in her floating fishbowl, her black eel's tail coiled below
her in it. "You've taken care of me. Is there anything I can do for you?
Sit with you while you call the Admiral, for instance?"
Well, Sae wasn't expecting the fishbowl, nor the eel tail, so it gives her pause. But it's undeniably still Ulla, so Sae can't be too put out by it all.
"It's..." 'It's fine,' is what she wants to say, but truthfully the whole 'not being alone' thing sounds good in and of itself. Finally she sighs and nods a little. "Just... Just some company would be nice. I don't like being alone even at the best of times."
She glances at the fishbowl again after a moment. "...Is that hard to get around with?"
"I'll stay," Ulla says, because that's an easy enough request to fulfill.
"It's quicker and easier than slithering. I can take human form, and
sometimes legs are worth it here. But I was born with a tail and raised in
the sea, so I don't like being stuck on land all the time. I miss my
gills, and the weight of the water around me."

[IS she okay?? Good question] Yes.
No?
The Darkness is back, and my head hurts. I'm tired. But I'll survive. The dead can't die again, after all.

Where are you right now?

But, you wanted something first, right? Tell me what it is. I'll ask and get it back. If it's important, you should have it.
[She looks around, quiet for a moment as if trying to remember] The deck. I like looking at the stars. Even now they're bright and pretty.

[She sighs a little, humming in acknowledgement]
Be careful. Things are odd out there because of this mess. I can send the Kusabi to escort you?
[You don't want the Kusabi to escort you, but to be fair he's mostly harmless right now]
