"I'll stay," Ulla says, because that's an easy enough request to fulfill.

"It's quicker and easier than slithering. I can take human form, and sometimes legs are worth it here. But I was born with a tail and raised in the sea, so I don't like being stuck on land all the time. I miss my gills, and the weight of the water around me."
