Will's eyes are bright (a little too bright, a manic sort of energy behind them) as he opens the door. As she and Hjerte hugs him, he closes his eyes tight and hugs her tightly back. It's amazing he hadn't realized how touch-starved he was, not until he came to the Barge. Now he feels like he needs to soak up forty-years' worth of care to make up for it.
