Some things can be pretty awkward to reveal to near strangers. "I've started storing my own blood, since I'm the only one who can donate to myself in an emergency." Which explains the green blood bags showing up in the Infirmary coolers. "But I don't know if it can also be an emergency blood supply for vampires. Kind of hard to test if it's toxic without hurting anyone, but I'm looking into it."
